Overseas Criminal Records Check

If your applicant is from overseas an overseas criminal records check may be required. The information available is country specific as there are two options available when obtaining this information:

1.Subject Access Only – This is when the applicant will need to obtain the check themselves directly from a local source.

2. Third party access (Capita) – This is where a third party can obtain a criminal record check on behalf of an applicant. This can occur in a limited number of countries.
