Veri-fy (not available for Discosure Scotland checks).
Applicant’s provide their Veri-fy form, together with chosen forms of identification (one of which must be an original form of photo identification e.g. Passport, Photo Card Driving Licence one piece of ID must show their current address e.g. Utility Bill / Bank Statement) to a Post Office.
The Post Office representative will verify their identification documents. The Post Office will forward the completed Veri-fy Form, to Capita Recruitment Vetting Service for processing.
